I am a Mystic native and graduate of The Community College of Rhode Island’s prestigious Therapeutic Massage Therapy Program. My education includes training in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and shiatsu massage techniques. I have experience in both the therapeutic and spa style settings working with many different populations. I believe that massage can support physical and mental wellness and I hope to provide a nourishing environment to do so. 

I hold my second degree Reiki certification in Usui/ Holy Fire II.

I found massage therapy after looking for a way to use my hands in a healing and supportive way much like when I used them as a baker and a farmer. In the way that I can cultivate and create nourishment for the body through food, I hope massage can help do the same through therapeutic touch.
